Why It Exists
02/09
01
Early product decisions are often made before
real market signals exist.
real market signals exist.
02
Founders still need to define
MVP scope, acquisition channels, and pricing logic while relying on assumptions.
MVP scope, acquisition channels, and pricing logic while relying on assumptions.03
That makes market entry a bet — and increases the risk of spending runway on the wrong product direction.
04
Problem Validation helps test those assumptions, so
early decisions are backed by market evidence.

PRIYA M. — FOUNDER, BABAFI
We thought we knew who our customer was. After the sprint, we realized we had the right problem but entirely the wrong buyer. That shift saved us 6 months of the wrong go-to-market.

FAQ · the awkward questions
09/09
Asked, answered, no hedging
"Build / change / kill" — what's the real distribution?
Across our last 47 sprints: 38% build, 41% change, 17% kill, 4% inconclusive (we refunded those). We don't grade ourselves on saying yes — we grade ourselves on being right.
Can we do this fully remote / in our timezone?
Yes. We've run sprints across the US, EU, and SE Asia. Kickoff and verdict day are live (Zoom or in person). The 8 days in the middle are mostly async.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. Send yours or use ours — it's mutual, 2-year, no IP transfer either direction during the sprint.
What if I'm not technical / don't have a team yet?
Most of our sprints run with solo founders pre-team. We provide the strategy, design, and research. You provide the problem and the willingness to act on the verdict.
How is the refund guarantee structured?
If on day 10 we can't produce a signed verdict with confidence ≥ 0.6, you get a full refund within 5 business days and you keep every artefact we produced. No negotiation.
Can we extend if the answer is "build"?
Yes — about 60% of our "build" verdicts roll into a Solution Validation Sprint (the next step). You're never obligated, but the option exists and the team is already onboarded.
Why should I trust the team I haven't met yet?
You shouldn't, until you've had one call. The intro conversation is the test — if it doesn't feel right, you walk away. We'd rather lose the engagement than start one we'll both regret.
